1
Anatomy and Physiology
Let's make anatomy fun and easy! I have an abundance of resources to provide to help you understand anatomy and physiology inside, outside, up, and down. And no, it's not just doing flash cards. I will tailor YOUR anatomy lesson to YOUR specific learning needs.
2
Radiographic Positioning
Struggling with a particular exam type? Can't wrap your head around how to image a head? Need some examples of proper and improper positioning? Not only can I help with these topics, but we will also discuss the "why" behind radiographic positioning and what radiologists look for.
3
Clinical Success Tips
I can help any clinical student regardless of where they are in their program. Let me know what you need help with the most in your clinicals and I will provide custom tips and tricks for your unique situation.
4
Clinical Mentoring
Looking for a mentor? I am happy to help! I can meet with you as many times a week as you need for just a couple days, or your entire semester, or your entire program if you like. We can go over your clinical progress, how you can stay on track with your competencies, and how to deal with difficult situations that will arise in your clinical experience.
5
Radiation Safety
I have a deep passion for radiation safety, particularly with regards to pediatric radiography. Just as important as image quality is patient safety. Ionizing radiation is harmful to not only patients but imaging and non-imaging staff. Lets talk about how and why and what you can do to be a safety advocate for your patients.
6
Radiation Physics
When I was in x-ray school, most of my classmates hated physics. I am here to help make physics less scary. Understanding the atomic structures that make radiology work is crucial to your ability to protect and care for your patients.
7
Patient Care
I can provide tips and insight into just about any patient care situation or question you could throw at me. Need help with understanding normal vs. abnormal vital signs? Tips on how to care for pediatric, geriatric, and severely disabled patients? What to do in emergency situations? If you've got a patient scenario in or out of the hospital, I've probably seen it.

How To Work With Doctors
Although we love the doctors we get to work with, some of them can be demanding and not too patient with students. Don't let them scare you. Doctors are people just like you and me. I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best doctors in America. Let me share with you what they taught me.
9
Operating Room Etiquette
Radiography students tend to either LOVE or HATE the operating room. It is a stressful environment where every minute counts and sterility is strictly monitored. Let me help relieve any stress you may feel about rotating through OR so you can go through clinicals confidently.
10
Other Radiology Careers
Curious about how to get into a future as an MRI or CT tech? Want some guidance to decide which modality is best for you? Are you interested in other non-clinical career paths in the field of radiology? We can discuss your passions and motivations to help steer you in the right direction.

Common Radiographic Pathology
Pathology is a topic that tends to make sense later on, usually by a radiography student's second year. Regardless of where you're at though, once you have your foundational anatomy knowledge, you can expand on that to start to recognize what is normal and what is abnormal. I will give you plenty of examples with pictures so we can discuss them in detail.
